**Job Title:** Executive Assistant (Dental Experience Required)
**Job Type:** Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
**About Us:**
We are a growing dental practice with multiple locations, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We work with virtual assistants to support various aspects of our operations, including front desk support, insurance verification, and marketing. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant** to help us streamline training for our virtual team and support our marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and organize comprehensive training documents and resources for dental virtual assistants (VAs).
- Assist with social media marketing campaigns, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Work closely with the leadership team to manage projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between virtual assistants and the management team.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- **Previous experience working in a dental office is REQUIRED.**
- **Experience with Open Dental software is a MUST.**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in creating training materials and documentation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):**
- Experience with dental virtual assistant coordination.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
