I’m an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience managing online shops, customer transactions, invoicing, payment tracking, product listings, pricing, and order coordination.
I currently manage two Facebook-based online shops where I handle product listings, customer inquiries, pricing, order processing, payment confirmation, and transaction records. I also create and maintain customer invoices using Invoice Home, record product details and sales amounts, monitor paid and unpaid transactions, and calculate selling prices by applying markups to supplier costs.
My experience also includes customer service, POS transactions, billing and payment processing, inventory monitoring, administrative support, social media management, and data entry.
I have completed TESDA training in Introduction to Bookkeeping and Microsoft Digital Literacy. I currently have basic Google Sheets knowledge and am actively learning QuickBooks and Xero. While I am still developing my bookkeeping skills, I am detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn, and committed to following accurate processes.
