I’m an experienced Insurance Processing and Broker Support professional with more than 10 years of insurance experience, including 5+ years supporting Australian general insurance and 5+ years in Canadian life insurance.
In my most recent role, I provided back-office support to an Australian insurance client, handling end-to-end policy processing for domestic/personal lines, including quotes, new business, policy setup, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, invoicing, Certificates of Insurance, and policy documentation.

My Australian insurance experience includes Home, Landlord, Motor, Standalone Bike, Sports Liability, and Business Pack insurance. I also have experience with renewal processing, quote comparisons, insurer and underwriter coordination, claims lodgement, debtor follow-ups via email and SMS, document preparation, and supporting brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks.

I have worked with various insurance and business systems, including SCTP, Sunrise, iBais, CBS, Officetech, Fortix, Blue Screen, Hunter Premium Funding, NAB, Outlook, SharePoint, and SMS platforms. I am also comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.

Prior to my Australian insurance experience, I worked in Canadian life insurance processing, handling policy and contract documentation, new business screening and encoding, member eligibility and benefits, notices, booklets, and other insurance-related administrative processes.
