I have been working as customer chat support for almost 2 years. We cater customers 4 chats at a time with different issues. We cater them with corresponding time to follow each chat. We provide empathy to make customers feel they are listened, asks questions that could help me find the problem and provide resolution to the customers. I have been also a Local and International Technical support Level 1 for almost 2 years as well.
