- Experience in partnering and leading stake-holder/support groups:
- Workforce: Aligning assumptions to forecast regularly to optimize bill to pay ratio and profitability
- People and Culture (HC): Making sure that we are compliant to PH Laws and making sure that employees are well taken care of (voice of the employee, benefits are just some samples)
- Learning and Development: Training needs analysis that will impact operational performance metric. Cutting speed to proficiency of new hires to be able to produce better result in a shorter period of time.
- Recruitment: Partnership with TA team to implement strategies in producing the right candidate profile based on client/project demand. Example is thru Ops Validation and Realistic Job Overview. Implementing initiatives aiming to reduce potential early attrition and process redundancy
