• Responsible for data analysis regards to the manpower capacity
• Coordinates directly to the Workforce Director
• Responsible for Call logs and real time analysis regards to the projected calls
• Monitors all Agents activity and breaks
• Responsible for Billing Recording and client meeting regards to their requirement.
