I was later promoted to Design Supervisor, where I trained junior engineers, managed workloads, and ensured that all deliverables were accurate, standardized, and on time.
I also briefly served as a Project Supervisor, where I coordinated with subcontractors, analyzed OTDR results for signal integrity, and ensured high-quality network implementation.
