My career in operations management started in July 2015 when I was assigned to lead the Employee Data Management and Compensation team with around 25 direct reports. In November 2018, I had the opportunity to manage a VIP client for a specific region with a smaller team (around 13) but with an expanded HR services scope including Contact Center, Benefits, and Learning. In April 2022, I was assigned to lead the Employee Data Management and Benefits department of our biggest client with 30 team members until July 2022. I was responsible for ensuring successful operations delivery by achieving and exceeding the service level agreement set by the client, reviewing and improving the quality of our service through regular checks, identifying trends via reports and analytics, and having weekly touchpoints with the client and team for performance update, activity planning, and improvement opportunities. I started using the SAP HR database system in 2002 as a Data Administrator. My primary responsibility back then was to update employee and organizational details of our client on a day-to-day basis. I have acquired further expertise in using the tool as a project resource in 2006. My task included testing and report generation. I was certified as an SAP Super User in 2007 when I was promoted to Process Owner. Although I no longer use SAP HR for maintaining records, I was still in charge of reports extraction for our internal and external customers, mainly for the purpose of payroll-related validations.
