• Process client software license in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with software license agreement, quality procedures and agreed timelines.
• Assist client and client services team such as, providing quotations, processing renewals, processing new and additional sales in accordance with the client’s software license agreement and software terms, uploading contracts to client contract database, and other online applications necessary to process clients’ business transactions.
• Take orders, manage triage incoming mails, updating financial systems with appropriate client contact information, generating and updating software invoices and monitoring ticketing system to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner by relevant person.
