I have experience working in various computer shops as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled editing and printing tasks. With a background in computer science from my high school electives, I was also responsible for software updates and game patching across multiple PCs.
I later worked as a Call Center Agent (Telco Account) at Alorica, primarily on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM–6:00 AM). This role strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, I have experience as an appointment setter in a marketing role, where I developed resilience and the ability to effectively handle client rejections.I am also a registered Medical Laboratory Scientist, with hands-on experience in patient care, laboratory processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. I am able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I was able to improve my social skills enough to understand and communicate efficiently with others in both Filipino and English language. I was once a Call center Agent (Telco Account) and also a Customer Service Representative in different computer shops. I was able to meet different customers with different types of issues, never have I experience where a customer cause the termination of my contract with my employer.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I am currently working as Generalist Medical Laboratory Scientist, where I gained most of my knowledge in processing, handling patients and patients’ samples, and correlation of results.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I worked as an appointment setter handling marketing for a roofing company. I believe I have all the skills and knowledge in handling rejections from the customers and upselling as I have been a consistent performer on my previous client.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I applied and got hired as a Call Center Agent (Telco Account) in Alorica. My schedule was always night shift, 9pm-6am, which changes sometimes depending on the given scheduled. With these work experiences, I can safe to say that not only that I gained knowledge and experiences, these also help me to improve my skills to use for future references.
