I am now working in a government setting for 6 years as an HR Practitioner who is tasked and assigned in recruitment, selection and placement. So basically, I have enough knowledge and experience in recruitment. Also, there was a time that I was asked to perform an additional job as a training specilialist in Learning and Development Selection wherein I facilitates trainings and seminars, prepares project proposals, documentation and etc. I am hardworking and very loyal to my job. What makes my job very easy, I always work with passion and joy in my heart. Also because of my jolly personality, it helps the work and other staff to finish it with less stress and problems.

I think this is my advantage and very core. Since I have already 6 years experience in the field of Human Resource, I think this skill already developed and I can say that I am really good at it since it is the most required skill when it comes to Human Resource.

As I have said, I’ve been in the recruitment for 6 years and I am already performing the technical aspect of the recruitment. I am the one in-charge in facilitating the exam and do some interview with the applicants.
