Before that, I worked in HR as a Supervisor at Abenson Ventures, where I handled recruitment, employee relations, training, and even policy implementation. That experience really helped me understand both the candidate side and the internal needs of a company.
I’ve also worked in customer service roles in the past, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships—skills that are very useful in sourcing and engaging with candidates.
