I’m an experienced customer service and operations support professional with 10+ years of experience handling customer communications, scheduling, issue resolution, documentation, follow-ups, and fast-paced support operations.

I recently completed 3-day introductory training in U.S. Truck Dispatching, where I learned the fundamentals of freight dispatch operations and practiced the basic workflow from finding a load to delivery.

Here's how I can support your trucking operation:

? Load Board Research

* Search and filter available loads
* Familiarity with DAT Load Board, Truckstop, Trulos, and Sylectus
* Review pickup and delivery locations, equipment, mileage, and rates
* Identify potential loads based on truck location and schedule

? Load Evaluation & Trip Planning

* Basic Rate Per Mile (RPM) analysis
* Evaluate deadhead miles
* Consider delivery location and reload opportunities
* Help plan the next load to minimize truck downtime and unnecessary empty miles

? Broker & Driver Communication

* Communicate professionally with brokers and drivers
* Confirm pickup and delivery details
* Verify load information and appointment times
* Provide tracking and status updates
* Follow up when necessary

? Basic Rate Negotiation

* Understand the fundamentals of negotiating freight rates
* Use lane, mileage, RPM, and deadhead considerations when evaluating a rate
* Communicate professionally when requesting a better rate

? Load Booking & Documentation

* Understand the basic load-booking process
* Review and organize rate confirmation information
* Track pickup and delivery details
* Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD)
* Maintain accurate dispatch records
