I am also an experienced Customer Service Support (Amazon) and Technical Support Level 2 (Netgear) for more than five (5) years and a Flat File/Catalog Specialist, Quality Assurance (QA), and Project Manager for the Amazon platform for more than four (4) years. In addition, I am creative and can work with limited supervision, hardworking and loyal, and willing to learn and adopt new ideas. Also, my working hours are flexible, and I prefer to work remotely.

I am knowledgeable in using Seller Central and Vendor Central. Experienced in creating cases for Amazon Seller Support. Knowledgeable with flat files, like creating, editing, and deleting a listing; creating a variation, brand registry, Regular/Premium A+, video/image upload, and Brand Story; and adding new products either manually or via Flat Files. Fixing errors on the Product Detail Page and also editing information on the DP. Review listings and change a product if eligible for conversion from Amazon bar code to manufacturer bar code. Also, troubleshoot for any errors that occur while converting the ASINs. Listing restrictions, gating, suppression (brand suppression), restricted products, and prohibited product claims. Knowledgeable about commingle inventory and sticker-less units.
