JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone to help me build out and manage a large network of local home service websites.

I need someone who is VERY good with WordPress. You should be completely comfortable setting up, building, managing, and troubleshooting WordPress sites without needing someone to walk you through every step.

Ideally, you’ve worked with a large network of WordPress sites before. If you have experience managing 100+ sites at the same time, that’s a big plus.

The job itself is pretty straightforward.

I will provide the domain names and direction. Your job will be to take those domains and turn them into finished, working WordPress sites.

We’ll eventually be launching several new sites every day, so I need someone who is organized and can build a repeatable process instead of treating every website like a completely new project.

I will provide and pay for all the tools you need. Hosting, WordPress tools, plugins, AI tools, themes, software, etc.

You should always be looking for ways to streamline the process and automate any redundant tasks, so I fully expect to be purchasing additional software and tools based on your recommendations as we get going.

You should be comfortable with things like:

WordPress setup and configuration
Themes and page builders
Plugins
DNS and domains
Hosting
Basic HTML/CSS
Site speed and optimization
SEO basics
Forms and lead generation
Google Analytics/Search Console
Using AI tools to help build sites and content faster
Managing and updating a large number of sites

You don’t need to be an expert developer, but you absolutely need to know your way around WordPress.

We’ll use Slack for day-to-day communication. We’ll also set up a system where every website, domain, login, status, launch date, and other important information is tracked so anyone on the team can see exactly where everything stands.

I care a lot about organization. Once we get moving, there will be a LOT of websites, so keeping everything organized is going to be just as important as building them.

This is not a short-term project. I’m building a pretty large network and I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of this side of it and stay with me long term.

Pay is around $1,000 USD/month to start.
