Virtual Assistant for AI Content, Social Media, and Shopify

About the role
I run two brands. STAT Nurse Learning Center sells planners and ebooks for nurses and nursing students. Fitted Rounds is my scrub line. I need a virtual assistant who is strong with AI tools. You will build and run an AI version of me for content, since I am not always online. You will also manage my social media and my Shopify stores.

What you will do

• Build and manage my AI twin for video and post content with tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or Captions
• Use an approved AI voice and my photo likeness to keep content on brand
• Set up business profiles on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
• Build a content calendar and schedule posts for both brands
• Design graphics and short videos in Canva and AI tools
• Set up and manage my Shopify stores for planners, ebooks, and scrubs
• Write and load product descriptions and listings
• Reply to customer questions and messages
• Track sales and send a short report each week

What you need

• Hands-on experience with AI avatar and video tools
• AI image and content generation skills
• Social media management experience with small businesses
• Shopify setup and management experience
• Canva design skills
• Strong written English
• Reliable schedule and clear communication

Nice to have

• Background in nursing, education, or apparel
• Email marketing experience
• Experience growing a product brand from launch

Details

• Part-time, remote
• 10 hours per week, 2 hours daily
• Pay: $6.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Start date: June 15
