VIDEO EDITOR — UGC EDITING (RAW FOOTAGE)

Who we are
We're a growing Dutch online fragrance (family) brand scaling ads on Meta. We're hiring a UGC video editor for stable, long-term weekly collaboration.

What you'll do
You'll edit one core format:
UGC videos: We provide raw creator footage + a written brief. You edit it into authentic, engaging, scroll-stopping short-form ads (15 sec – 2 min.). No sourcing, no voice-over creation — just sharp, intentional editing of the footage we deliver to you.
Each video takes approximately maximum 45–60 minutes. No complex effects needed. Clean, fast cuts that feel native to social media.

What we're looking for
Core requirements:

2–3 portfolio links (UGC short-form social ads strongly preferred)
Reliable weekly deadline delivery
Skilled with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Able to follow written English briefs precisely
Experience with captions, pacing, and hook-first editing structure
Experience inserting image overlays (review screenshots, product cards)

Strong advantages:
Proven experience editing UGC creator footage specifically
Eye for authentic, lo-fi feel — not over-produced or cinematic
Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow (we actively encourage AI use when quality is maintained)
