We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor to create high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok and Instagram, while also supporting our wider social and YouTube growth.
This role is heavily focused on paid media, hooks, retention and conversion — perfect for an editor who understands that great creative = sales.
This is a part-time role with clear potential to grow into full-time as the brand scales.
Editing high-performing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
Creating multiple hook variations from the same raw footage
Optimising edits for thumb-stop, watch time & conversion
Editing UGC-style ads, founder-led content & product demos
Iterating creative based on performance data (not just vibes)
Supporting organic Instagram Reels that feed paid learnings
Editing YouTube content with a performance mindset (retention, pacing)
Proven experience editing e-commerce or paid media content
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, pattern breaks & CTAs
Comfortable creating multiple ad variations quickly
Experience with beauty, fashion or DTC brands (big plus)
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar
Understands how creative impacts CAC, CTR & ROAS
Fast, organised, and confident taking feedback
