Short-Term Rental & Bookkeeping and taxation Specialist
Seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive specialist for a U.S.-based vacation rental management company (experience in usa taxation and compliance for vacation rental is a must !!!) .
Note: Candidates with strong vacation rental bookkeeping experience only (QuickBooks, reconciliation, owner payouts, tax remittance)

Responsibilities :

tax accounts and licensing set up ( with city , county and state ) specialist
QuickBooks online bookkeeping
Expense & revenue reconciliation
Owner payouts & reporting
Tax remittance (county & state)
Administrative & personal assistant tasks
Requirements:
STR experience bookkeeping required
Experience with U.S. operations (must)
Strong English (written and verbal)
Highly communicative and responsive
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask & take initiative
QuickBooks online , stripe experience
Familiar with Hostaway (preferred)
