JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are hiring a full-time Technical Support Officer to support our Australian solar business.
You will manage grid applications, provide technical troubleshooting, and support customers and installers.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete grid connection applications for NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & WA
Provide customer support and troubleshoot inverter & battery issues
Support and troubleshoot Sungrow, SolaX & GoodWe systems
Liaise with customers, installers, and manufacturers
Log and manage cases in Zoho CRM

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1+ years solar industry experience (Australian market preferred)
Strong knowledge of Sungrow, SolaX, GoodWe
Experience with Australian grid applications
Competent using Zoho CRM
Excellent written & spoken English
Professional, reliable, and organised
