We are looking for a heavy-hitting Social Media Strategist who doesn’t just "manage" accounts but dominates them. You aren't just a scheduler; you are a visual designer, a trend-spotter, and a growth hacker. If you don't know the difference between a Pinterest Pin and a TikTok hook, this isn't for you.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
High-Conversion Carousels: Design and write high-value Instagram/LinkedIn carousels that stop the scroll and encourage "saves."
Story Mastery: Execute daily Stories that feel authentic, use engagement stickers effectively, and drive community interaction (not just static flyers).
TikTok Specialist: Identify trends before they peak, script/edit engaging short-form video, and understand the TikTok SEO ecosystem.
Pinterest Growth: Create "Fresh Pins" that drive long-term traffic, utilizing keyword-rich descriptions and aesthetic layouts.
Multi-Platform Strategy: Tailor content specifically for each platform’s unique algorithm and audience behavior.
Technical Skills Required
Design: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (must produce high-end visual assets).
Video Editing: Expert-level mobile editing (CapCut, InShot) or desktop software.
Copywriting: Ability to write punchy captions and text-heavy carousels that provide genuine value.
Analytics: Knowing how to read the data to pivot strategy, not just reporting likes.
