We are a vibrant and authentic Caribbean takeaway serving flavourful, home-cooked meals to our local community. Our mission is to bring the true taste of the Caribbean into Milton Keynes (or your town) with fresh ingredients, bold flavours and warm service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Handler who can help us build a strong online presence and connect with new customers in our area.

We are looking for someone who can manage and grow our social media platforms on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, comfortable with creating engaging content, and skilled at building an active, loyal online community. This role includes creating posts, responding to messages, and taking ownership of our digital brand voice.

-Daily Content Creation & Posting
-Create high-quality daily posts for Instagram, Facebook and ---------- (photos, videos, stories, reels).
-Capture the energy, flavours and culture of our Caribbean cuisine in a creative and appealing way.
-Write engaging captions that reflect our brand personality and encourage interaction.
-Grow and Engage Our Audience
-Actively work towards increasing followers, engagement and brand visibility.
-Use creative growth strategies (hashtags, trends, reels, collaborations, giveaways).
-Stay up-to-date with local social media trends and relevant community events.
-Customer Interaction & Online Service
-Respond to comments, messages and reviews in a friendly, timely manner.
-Provide excellent online customer service by answering questions about menu items, opening times, delivery details, etc.
-Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
-Local Outreach & Community Engagement
-Identify and connect with potential new customers in the local area.
-Reach out to community pages, food bloggers, local groups and influencers.
-Promote special offers, events, new dishes or seasonal menus.
-Brand Awareness & Strategy
-Maintain a consistent visual theme and tone of voice.
-Analyse performance data and suggest improvements or new ideas.
-Proactively look for creative ways to showcase our food and business.
