Purpose
The Offshore Social Media Coordinator / Community Manager is responsible for scheduling, publishing, monitoring, organizing, and reporting on approved Alarmed Media LLC content across assigned social platforms. This role helps turn content into audience insight by tracking performance, monitoring comments and direct messages, identifying audience questions, and escalating sensitive items. This is not a clinical role and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis counseling, or individualized treatment advice.
Key Performance Indicators and Reporting
- Publish or schedule at least 95% of approved posts on time according to the assigned content calendar.
- Maintain 100% compliance with the approval workflow by posting only approved content, captions, links, hashtags, and platform versions.
- Review assigned platforms, comments, mentions, and direct messages at least twice per business day or according to the assigned monitoring schedule.
- Identify at least 10 strong comment-reply video opportunities weekly and add them to the content tracker.
- Capture at least 25 audience questions, pain points, objections, or recurring themes monthly for content planning.
- Submit weekly analytics reports on time at least 95% of the time and monthly analytics reports on time 100% of the time.
- Track every posted video with platform, posting date, caption, link, status, views, engagement, comments, shares, saves, follower change, and other available metrics.
- Maintain zero unauthorized posts, wrong-version posts, public PHI disclosures, public treatment-relationship confirmations, clinical advice responses, or unapproved crisis responses.
- Escalate urgent, clinical, privacy, legal, complaint, crisis, OAC-related, or reputation-risk items immediately according to the escalation process.
- Complete at least one social workflow, analytics, response-template, tracking, or scheduling-process improvement quarterly.
- Upon achieving these key performance indicators, the supervisor will meet with the contractor to review progress and collaborate on establishing new performance goals that reflect continued growth, quality, and accountability.

- Demonstrate the ability to identify audience language, recurring questions, and content opportunities from comments and platform performance.
- Demonstrate strict confidentiality and appropriate escalation of sensitive information.
Core Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish approved content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts,
- Confirm that the correct video version, caption, title, thumbnail, hashtags, links, and platform settings are used before posting.
- Adapt captions and titles for each platform while preserving accuracy, tone, and approved messaging.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, shares, tags, and audience engagement according to assigned schedules.
- Organize audience questions, objections, pain points, and story ideas by theme for future content planning.
- Identify comments that may become strong reply videos, FAQs, carousels, podcast topics, or long-form video topics.
- Maintain and update social media performance trackers, dashboards, content logs, and platform links.
- Escalate crisis comments, clinical questions, legal complaints, privacy concerns, OAC-related questions, spam, threats, harassment, or reputation issues according to approved rules.
- Use only approved response templates and do not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, crisis counseling, or individualized guidance.
- Coordinate with the Content Producer and Video Editor to confirm posting readiness and resolve platform or asset issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned commensurate with the position duties.
- Adhere to all Alarmed Media LLC policies, confidentiality rules, contractor agreements, and platform-access standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience managing or supporting social media accounts, content calendars, posting schedules, community management, or analytics preferred.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube,
- Strong written English and ability to adapt captions, titles, comments, and reporting summaries professionally.
- Experience working with personal brands, educational content, healthcare, mental health, coaching, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong spreadsheet, tracking, and reporting skills required.
- Reliable internet access, secure computer practices, and ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment required.
