JOB OVERVIEW

**Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part-Time, Remote – U.S. Company)**

We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our growing team.

This is a part-time role with strong potential for long-term growth. We are a U.S.-based company, so candidates must be available to work during U.S. daytime hours (early morning or evening availability in your local time zone is required).

**Compensation:**

* $3/hour (part-time, with potential for growth based on performance)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Plan, schedule, and execute content strategies
* Create engaging, high-quality content aligned with our brand
* Edit short-form and long-form video content
* Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
* Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube-style content)
* Ability to create content that drives engagement and growth
* Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
* Creative direction and storytelling skills
