JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative video editor to join our growing beauty brand!

If you love editing satisfying TikTok videos, keeping up with trends, and making videos people can't stop watching, we'd love to work with you.

This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow as the company grows.

## What You'll Do

You'll receive:

* Screen recordings from our mobile app
* The completed nail design
* Inspiration images and templates (sometimes)
* Simple editing notes

Your job is to turn them into engaging short-form videos for:

• TikTok

• Instagram Reels

• YouTube Shorts

Most videos will be between **20–60 seconds**.

We're aiming for **8-10 edited videos per day**.

## What We're Looking For

? Experience editing TikTok, Reels, or Shorts

? Good understanding of pacing and hooks

? Creative eye for transitions and text

? Reliable communication

? Ability to meet deadlines

? Attention to detail

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software is preferred.

## Bonus Points If You...

* Follow TikTok trends regularly
* Enjoy beauty or fashion content
* Have creative ideas of your own
* Like building something from the ground up

We don't just want someone who edits videos.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content that people actually want to watch.

## This Could Grow Into...

As the company grows, this role can grow into:

* Lead Video Editor
* Social Media Manager
* Content Manager

If you're someone who wants to grow with a company long-term, we'd love to hear from you.

## To Apply

Please answer the following:

1. Tell us a little about yourself.

2. What editing software do you use?

3. Send 3–5 examples of short-form videos you've edited.

4. What do you think makes a TikTok or Reel go viral?

5. If you were editing a screen recording of someone designing beautiful press-on nails, what would you do to keep viewers watching until the end?
