About Us

We operate multiple fast-growing ecommerce businesses in the United States and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Growth Coordinator to help execute growth initiatives across our brands.

This is not a customer service role and not a traditional virtual assistant position.

You will work directly with leadership to launch new categories, onboard products, improve website conversion rates, coordinate projects, and ensure growth initiatives are executed quickly and accurately.

We move fast and have high standards.

Responsibilities
Product & Category Launches
Launch new product categories
Create and organize product listings
Coordinate images, content, specifications, and pricing
Ensure products are properly categorized and merchandised
Monitor launch completion and quality control
Website & Conversion Optimization
Coordinate website improvements
Implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) updates
Test new landing pages and offers
Identify friction points that impact conversions
Work with designers and developers to implement changes
Ecommerce Operations
Configure shipping settings and shipping profiles
Monitor product feed quality
Assist with Merchant Center issues
Identify catalog errors and listing problems
Maintain product data accuracy
Marketplace Expansion
Support Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplace launches
Coordinate product uploads
Monitor listing quality and compliance
Help optimize marketplace performance
Project Management
Manage multiple growth projects simultaneously
Follow up with designers, developers, suppliers, and tea ---------- mbers
Track deadlines and ensure projects move forward
Escalate blockers quickly

Requirements

Must have:

Ecommerce experience (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Excellent English communication
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects without constant supervision

Bonus points:

Google Merchant Center experience
Amazon Seller Central experience
CRO experience
Product feed management experience
AI tools experience
Notion experience

Product catalog organized and maintained
Website improvement projects completed on time
