JOB OVERVIEW

Senior DTC Meta Media Buyer – Aviora
Aviora is building one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the DTC space — and paid social is the engine behind it. We're now looking for an elite Meta media buyer to join our in-house team and own the performance of our paid campaigns from day one.
We don't guess. We test, we read data, and we scale what works. If you're the kind of operator who treats every dollar of ad spend as a decision — and can back every decision with numbers — we want to talk.

YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to profitably scale Aviora's customer acquisition through Meta paid social. You will own the full ad account — from campaign architecture and creative testing to budget management and performance reporting — ensuring we are consistently acquiring customers at or below target CAC while scaling spend efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage Aviora's Meta ad account end-to-end across Facebook and Instagram
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across prospecting and retargeting funnels
Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats at pace
Work closely with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate on static and video ad assets based on performance data
Monitor daily performance metrics and make proactive adjustments to bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives
Operate with a high degree of autonomy — you manage your account, flag issues early, and don't wait to be told what to fix
Maintain clear, proactive communication with founders and the executive team on performance, spend, and scaling decisions
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new Meta ad features — and apply them before competitors do

OUR TECH STACK

Ad Platform: Meta Ads Manager
Analytics: Triple Whale, Google Analytics, or equivalent attribution tools
Creative Management: Notion
Communication & Project Management: Slack & ----------

KPIs YOU WILL OWN

CAC: Customer acquisition cost at or below target threshold
ROAS: Campaign and account-level return on ad spend targets met consistently
Creative Velocity: New creative tests launched weekly — you move fast and keep the testing pipeline full
Spend Efficiency: Budget allocated and scaled in line with performance, no wasted spend sitting in underperforming ad sets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience running and scaling Meta ad accounts for DTC or eCommerce brands — supplement or health/wellness experience is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably — we want to see numbers, not just titles
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing methodology
Strong analytical instinct — you read data daily and make decisions from it, not gut feel
Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce performance-driven ad assets
An autonomous operator who owns outcomes, communicates proactively, and doesn't need hand-holding
Up to date on iOS privacy changes, Meta's evolving algorithm, and how to navigate attribution in a post-cookie environment

WHY JOIN AVIORA

Performance-Based Rewards: Bonus structure tied directly to account performance — when the numbers hit, you share in the upside
High Impact: You will have direct influence over the growth trajectory of a fast-scaling brand with a proven product
Work with the Best: Join a team of A-players across creative, video, and strategy who are all rowing in the same direction
High Autonomy: You own the account. We give you the budget, the creative team, and the trust — then we get out of your way
Growth Trajectory: For high performers, there are clear opportunities to step into a Head of Paid or Growth Lead role as the brand scales
Results-Driven Flexibility: We measure output, not hours. Be reachable during core hours (9AM–8PM ET), attend the Monday 12PM ET weekly call, and deliver results
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the world

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You prefer to set campaigns and check in weekly. This account needs daily attention, fast iteration, and sharp decision-making. If you're a passive manager, this isn't the right fit.
You struggle when platform rules change overnight. Meta's ad ecosystem shifts constantly — policy updates, algorithm changes, creative fatigue — and you need to adapt without losing ---------- ntum.
You see media buying as purely a numbers game with no creative involvement. At Aviora, the media buyer and creative team work closely together. You'll need to have strong opinions on what makes an ad perform, not just what makes it spend.
You want a stable, predictable workflow. We are scaling aggressively. Budgets move, priorities shift, and new opportunities need to be acted on fast. If that's stressful rather than energising, this isn't the right environment.

HOW TO APPLY
If you're an elite Meta media buyer who wants to own a high-growth ad account, work directly with founders, and be rewarded when the performance is there — we want to hear from you.
Answer all application questions thoroughly and show us specifically how your past results map to what this role demands. Numbers preferred over descriptions.
Include the code word 'DetailsMatter' somewhere in your application. We will only review candidates who follow this instruction. It's the first test.
This is a fully remote opportunity.?????
