JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian-based shed and construction business looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team. This is a full-time work-from-home position, handling inbound leads and converting them into sales. No cold calling is required. All leads will be provided.

You will be responsible for following up with potential customers by phone and email, answering questions, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the sales process. We are seeking someone with excellent English communication skills and a background in sheds, construction, housing, or a related industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales leads provided by the company
- Contact clients via phone and email to qualify leads and follow up on enquiries
- Understand client needs and match them with the correct shed or building solution
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and outcomes
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Work closely with the Australian-based team to meet sales targets

Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Sales experience in sheds, construction, housing, or a related industry
- Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable internet and home office setup

Work Hours:
- Flexible, min 20 hours per week

General working hours will align with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

Compensation:
- Initial base salary plus small commission
- After 3 months (or as discussed), role will transition to a higher commission-only structure, with strong earning potential
