JOB OVERVIEW

This is a part time position - 20 hours a week!

Primary Objective: The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring efficient processes, accurate order management, and timely coordination across teams. This role helps reduce administrative burden on sales reps, enabling them to focus on revenue generation while ensuring deals move smoothly from quote to close. This role is essential to scaling the sales organization by improving efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring a seamless experience from deal creation to order fulfillment.


Responsibilities include:
Support the sales team with quote creation, order processing, and contract management
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales orders in CRM/CPQ systems
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate deal approvals and execution
Monitor and manage sales pipelines for data accuracy, including close dates and deal stages
Assist with pricing, discount approvals, and adherence to company policies
Track and resolve order issues, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for sales processes
Generate reports and provide insights on pipeline, bookings, and sales performance
Serve as a liaison between Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth communication

Qualifications:
2–5+ years in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles
Experience with CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Order accuracy and processing time
Pipeline data integrity (close dates, stages, forecasting accuracy)
Quote turnaround time
Reduction in sales admin burden
SLA adherence for order processing
