JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a remote Intake Specialist / Appointment Setter to help with inbound legal lead follow-up and appointment setting for our lead generation business.

Your main job will be to call new leads quickly, ask qualification questions, take clean notes, and either schedule appointments or warm-transfer qualified leads to the correct team.

This is not a script-reading-only role. We need someone calm, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with people in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Call new inbound leads within 60 seconds when assigned
Follow up with no-answer leads by phone/SMS
Ask qualification questions using our script
Take detailed notes in the CRM
Book appointments and confirm show-ups
Warm transfer qualified leads when required
Update pipeline stages properly
Communicate quickly with the team in Slack/WhatsApp
Follow compliance instructions and stop contact if someone opts out

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English
Quiet workspace and reliable internet
Comfortable calling U.S. consumers
Available during U.S. hours
Detail-oriented with CRM notes
Reliable, responsive, and coachable
Appointment setting, sales, intake, or call center experience preferred

Schedule:

We need coverage during U.S. hours. Preferred availability is Monday–Friday, with some evening/weekend availability being a plus.

Pay:

Base hourly pay plus bonuses for qualified transfers and qualified appointments that show.
