JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced **Recruiter based in the Philippines** who can help us find and recruit talented people with experience in **Amazon product sourcing**.

### What we’re looking for:

* Experience recruiting for e-commerce/Amazon roles
* Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Indeed, Upwork, and other platforms
* Strong understanding of **Amazon product sourcing / supplier sourcing**
* Able to identify candidates with real hands-on Amazon experience
* Good communication and interviewing skills
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

### Ideal candidates to recruit:

We are specifically looking for people who have experience with:

* Amazon product sourcing
* Finding profitable products
* Supplier/manufacturer research
* Alibaba and other supplier platforms
* Product research and competitor analysis
* Amazon FBA
* Negotiating with suppliers
* Managing sourcing processes

### The role:

Your job will be to **find, screen, and shortlist qualified Amazon sourcing professionals** who match our requirements.

This can be **remote**, and compensation can be discussed based on experience and whether you prefer hourly or per-hire compensation.
