JOB OVERVIEW

WEB DEVELOPER – PART-TIME, LONG-TERM

We are seeking a reliable and experienced web developer in the Philippines to manage, improve, and maintain several business websites. This is a long-term position with opportunities for additional hours and advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

* Build and update WordPress and Shopify websites
* Create landing pages using Elementor
* Add and update products, prices, images, and descriptions
* Improve website speed, security, navigation, and mobile responsiveness
* Troubleshoot website, hosting, plugin, and checkout problems
* Install and configure themes, plugins, forms, and integrations
* Maintain e-commerce product and collection pages
* Perform basic on-page SEO
* Connect Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools
* Create website backups and complete routine maintenance
* Provide daily progress reports
* Protect company passwords, customer information, and business data

Required Skills:

* WordPress and Elementor
* Shopify
* HTML and CSS
* Basic JavaScript and PHP knowledge
* WooCommerce and e-commerce experience
* Website speed optimization
* Mobile-responsive design
* Domain, DNS, hosting, SSL, and email setup
* Basic SEO and analytics
* Strong written English
* Reliable computer and internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least two years of web-development experience
* Experience managing multiple business websites
* Familiarity with sales funnels and lead-generation pages
* Graphic-design or Canva experience
* Experience connecting payment processors, email marketing systems, and CRM platforms
* Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions without constant supervision

Work Schedule:

* Part-time: 20 hours per week
* Monday through Friday
* Must be available for scheduled progress meetings
* Long-term employment opportunity
* No outside work may interfere with the agreed schedule

Compensation:

Please include your requested hourly or monthly rate. Compensation will be based on experience, technical ability, reliability, and the quality of your portfolio.

Performance Expectations:

* Complete assignments by the agreed deadline
* Communicate immediately if a problem may delay a project
* Submit a mid-shift and end-of-shift progress report
* Track completed work and time accurately
* Test all website changes on desktop and mobile devices
* Never publish major changes without approval
* Maintain professional communication and confidentiality
