We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our friendly and hardworking legal team. If you have at least two years of experience managing personal injury cases and love helping people through challenging times, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Be a Trusted Guide: Act as the main point of contact for clients offering clear, compassionate updates and answering questions with care.
Own the Process: Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement, keeping files organized and deadlines on track.
Navigate Claims: Work with insurance companies to manage and adjust property damage and Med-Pay claims.
Coordinate Care: Help clients schedule medical appointments and gather essential treatment records.
Support the Team: Pitch in with administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least two years as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Paralegal.
Language Skills: Spanish fluency is a big plus, but not required.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love checklists, meeting deadlines, and keeping things in order.
Great Communicator: You can explain complex information clearly and with empathy both in writing and conversation.
A Day in the Life
You’ll spend your day helping people — guiding clients through their recovery, working with adjusters and medical providers, and ensuring that every detail of their case is handled with care. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values your input, respects your time, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
If you’re passionate about client service, love being organized, and want to be part of a team that cares, we hope you’ll apply. Please include a link to your resume.
