Hiring for part-time work for a Capcut / TikTok editor

Requirements: Do not apply if all are not true!
Ability to edit 5-7 short form videos a day or 50-75 a week
Attention to detail
STRONG English
Strong internet connection
Previous experience with Capcut / TikTok / Instagram
Good working with a team
Ability to learn and take constructive feedback
Availability to work 3-4h a day (with potential for more and increased salary)
Able to work 5-6 days per week (can take days off whenever as long as mostly consistent and deadlines are met)
Can take payments through Wise
PH or similar time zone

You will be making Instagram Reel Ad videos using Capcut or the video editing software of your choice. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with the basic tasks such as:
Cutting dead space in talking head videos
Adding overlay images on screen in the videos
Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, etc.
Producing b-roll content from voiceover and footage provided, having the ability to digest what is being said and pair up the audio with corresponding footage

Please review a few examples of my content to ensure you are familiar and comfortable with the editing style:

Basic talking head - here you are mostly editing dead space and piecing clips together, adding minor effects like crop and zoom to make the frames look more dynamic and seamless.

Talking head with overlays - same as before, but adding images provided to you on the screen to support what is being said in the video.

B-roll content - you will be provided a voice over and need to work through the footage to find fitting visuals. A strong understanding of English and social media content is crucial here.

You will be working hand in hand with me on an extremely viral social media page and there is room for bonuses if deadlines are met and the content performs well!

$300/month + bonuses for 2-3h a day MAX and high potential salary increase if perform well!

Find the “good” takes of the audio sections and stitch together to complete the voiceover
Find the corresponding footage to match what is being said in the voiceover
Pay close attention to detail in the selection of the clips, the pacing (duration of each scene), cropping, etc. No deadspace - make the video more engaging using dynamic zooms and anything else - show me your skills.
Do not add crazy distracting captions - just simple.
