JOB OVERVIEW

Tok-vibes is a performance creative studio. we turn footage into ads that actually convert for DTC brands, and we're scaling fast. this is a core-team role: one person to run the engine room of our delivery and grow with us as we do.

this is not a log-in-do-tasks-log-off job. we want someone who owns operations like it's their own company, spots what's broken before we do, and never says "that's not my job."

what you'll own

delivery

deploying deliverables across brands and keeping every status updated in real time
managing our editors across brands so nothing slips
building and running client notion workspaces (for brands where we're an extension of their team)
placing strategists on brands based on capacity, so we always know who's on what without anyone having to think about it

clients

onboarding new clients end to end, sending contracts, setting everything up, following our flow so nothing gets missed
client updates on slack, 3x a week, clear and on time

finance

working with our finance person to prep invoices and keep billing on track

systems + founder support

building automations and improving our systems constantly
helping prep and post content for the founder
flagging problems early and bringing the fix, not just the report
jumping on whatever the day needs. there's always something to do, and you're the kind of person who finds it

the details

full-time, 8am–4pm EST, remote
$1,200/month to start, paid monthly, with real room to grow based on your first two months
core team from day one. a build-with-us role, not a gig
