JOB OVERVIEW

???????????? We're looking for a Comms specialist who lives at the intersection of automation and marketing.
This role covers our full outbound/inbound communication stack — AI voice calling systems, email marketing campaigns, and SMS marketing — across multiple brands. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and optimizing campaigns that actually convert, not just go out.

✅ What we need (must have real experience, not just familiarity):

Hands-on experience with AI calling platforms (Bland AI, Vapi, Retell, or similar)
Proven email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) — copy, automation flows, deliverability
Proven SMS marketing experience (Twilio, SimpleTexting, or similar) — compliance-aware, high open-rate campaigns
Bonus: experience tying all three together into one automated funnel
