JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled n8n & AI Automation Expert to work directly with the company's founder. This is a hands-on role focused on building, testing, and refining complex automations.

You will be a key partner in our innovation process. Your daily responsibilities will involve an 11:15 AM (PHT) meeting with the founder to brainstorm, receive feedback, and plan the day's tasks. You will then spend your time building out these ideas, running experiments, and rapidly testing new concepts. We are looking for someone who is not just a builder, but a creative partner eager to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

> Design, build, and maintain robust automations using n8n.

> Collaborate daily with the founder to ideate, build, and iterate on projects.

> Run experiments and test innovative AI solutions and workflows.

> Ensure all automations are clean, precise, and efficient.

> Set up and manage MCP servers as required for projects.

Requirements
> Proven experience and deep expertise in n8n.
> Strong background in programming.
> Proficiency in prompt engineering for various AI models.
> Experience setting up and working with MCP servers.
> A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and continuous learning.
> A meticulous and precise approach to building workflows.
> A desire to grow and be on the cutting edge of AI technology.
