META ADS & TIKTOK ADS SPECIALIST – NIGHTCLUB
Location: Remote
Hours: Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads & TikTok Ads Specialist to help drive ticket sales, VIP booth bookings, venue hire enquiries and overall venue revenue.
Responsibilities
• Audit and optimise Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Review and improve Facebook Pixel, Conversion API and TikTok Pixel tracking
• Create and manage conversion-focused advertising campaigns
• Build cold audience, lookalike and retargeting campaigns
• Optimise campaigns for ticket sales, VIP booth bookings and event attendance
• Develop compelling ad copy and creative concepts
• Work with our team to create high-performing Reels and TikTok content
• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimisations
• Deliver concise weekly performance reports
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
Requirements
• Proven experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API and TikTok Pixel
• Demonstrated track record generating leads, sales, bookings or conversions
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic optimisation decisions
• Strong communication skills and fluent written English
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or entertainment marketing is highly regarded

Compensation
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Starting from 200 PHP per hour
• Performance bonuses available for exceptional results
Performance Bonuses
We reward results.
Successful campaigns that achieve or exceed agreed performance targets will qualify for performance bonuses starting from 4,000 PHP+ per campaign, with larger bonuses available for exceptional results. approx 100,000 PHP bonusses plus per year
If you can consistently generate ticket sales, VIP booth bookings, venue hire enquiries and a strong return on ad spend, there is significant opportunity to increase your earnings.

Only apply if you have relevant Meta Ads and TikTok Ads experience.
Please provide examples of campaigns you have personally managed, including results achieved such as ROAS, ticket sales, lead generation, bookings or conversions.
This is a long-term position for the right applicant and an immediate start is available. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and begin managing campaigns straight away.
Applicants who can start immediately will be highly regarded.
Experience creating eye-catching flyers, event posters, social media content and promotional graphics is highly desirable. Applicants with strong creative and artistic skills who can contribute to both advertising strategy and content creation will be viewed favourably.
