JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads & Social Media Growth Specialist – Nightclub & Events Industry

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads and Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team and help grow one of Perth's most exciting nightlife and entertainment brands.

This is not a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate real business results through Facebook and Instagram advertising, audience targeting, retargeting, content strategy, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Truth Perth is a premium nightlife and entertainment venue operating weekly events, VIP experiences, bottle service, private functions, corporate events, and ticketed entertainment experiences.

Our focus is simple: increase attendance, increase bookings, and increase revenue.

Your Responsibilities

* Create, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
* Build and manage cold, warm, and retargeting audiences
* Create and test ad copy and creative concepts
* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations
* Improve conversion tracking and reporting
* Assist with event marketing campaigns
* Schedule and publish social media content
* Coordinate event flyer creation and marketing assets
* Assist with Instagram and Facebook DM management
* Work with our team to quickly update offers, event information, creatives, and advertising copy when required
* Provide weekly performance reporting and recommendations

Essential Skills

* Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
* Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager
* Pixel and conversion tracking experience
* Audience creation and retargeting experience
* Ability to write high-converting ad copy
* Understanding of nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or event marketing
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively

Highly Desirable

* Canva experience
* Basic graphic design skills
* Video editing for Reels and Stories
* Experience marketing events, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, festivals, or hospitality businesses
* Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance

Communication Requirements

Due to the nature of our business, communication is extremely important.

Advertising creatives, event details, ticketing information, offers, and campaign messaging often require urgent updates and approvals from multiple team members. The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with our wider team to ensure campaigns remain current and effective.

External communication is required solely to facilitate collaboration, approvals, feedback, and rapid implementation of marketing changes.
