JOB OVERVIEW

**Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)**

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to help us generate high-quality leads through our lead magnets, online events and sales campaigns.

This is not a role for someone who simply boosts posts or follows a template. We're looking for someone who understands strategy, testing, optimisation and lead quality.

Initially, there will be a larger workload as campaigns are built and launched. Once campaigns are established, the role will move into ongoing monitoring, reporting and optimisation.

### Responsibilities

* Create and launch Meta advertising campaigns
* Build and manage lead generation campaigns
* Develop audience targeting strategies
* Conduct split testing across creatives, copy and offers
* Monitor campaign performance daily
* Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates
* Work with our team to align campaigns with business objectives
* Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations

### Essential Experience

* Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
* Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
* Experience with tracking, pixels and campaign attribution
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to explain results, wins, challenges and next steps clearly

We expect regular updates, clear reporting and honest feedback on what's working, what's not and what changes should be made.

Verbal communication is expect to us with updates and must speak english.

This is a paid contractor role. In $11 AUD ( Australian)
