JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking to bring on a virtual assistant who can fully take ownership of my video content and social media presence. My goal is to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually polished content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and potentially long-form YouTube) with consistent posting 5–6 days per week. I will provide voice recordings, photos, and video clips of myself, but I need someone who can edit, animate, and repurpose these assets into multiple compelling videos—leveraging similar visuals in creative ways—while ensuring strong lighting, pacing, and a luxury, standout feel. Content should include a mix of educational, market-driven, and attention-grabbing material, all compliant with real estate guidelines. I also need you to handle posting, captions, hashtags, and overall execution of the content plan. Can you confirm if you have the ability to manage full video production, editing, and multi-platform distribution at this level?
