JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing DTC ecommerce brand scaling aggressively through paid ads and building toward becoming a 9-figure brand.

To get there, we are looking for a high level Creator Manager who can build and manage a roster of high quality UGC creators that consistently deliver footage that turns into winning paid ads.

This role is not about managing influencers for likes and engagement.

It is about owning the entire creator pipeline from sourcing and vetting talent all the way through to making sure footage lands on time every single week.

You will work directly with the founder and creative team to ensure our creative engine never runs dry. Without great creators delivering great footage on time our entire production pipeline breaks. You own that pipeline completely.

Responsibilities:

Creator Sourcing and Vetting

Source high quality UGC creators organic discovery on TikTok and Instagram as well as paid creator platforms such as JoinBrands and Insense
Evaluate creators on content quality, on-camera presence, brief adherence and reliability
Conduct first round interviews and shortlist top candidates for founder final approval

Creator Onboarding:

Manage all onboarding logistics — contracts, product shipping

Pipeline Management:

Deliver creative briefs from our Creative Strategist to creators
Track all creator deadlines and follow up proactively
Ensure footage is delivered to our video editors
Communicate revision requests clearly and follow up until resolved

Roster Development:

Continuously evaluate creator performance and identify underperformers
Develop long term relationships with top performing creators
Constantly identify and onboard new creators

What Makes Someone Great In This Role:

You think like an operator not a talent manager
You understand that importance of deadlines to the creative engine.
You are obsessed with process, follow through and keeping the pipeline moving at all times.
You also have a strong enough creative eye to evaluate whether a creator's content is likely to perform as a paid ad — not just whether it looks good organically.

Ideal Experience:

You have experience managing UGC creators or influencers in a DTC or agency environment and understand how creator content drives paid ad performance.

You should have a strong understanding of:

UGC content production and what makes it perform as a paid ad
Managing creator relationships
Deadline management and pipeline tracking across multiple talent simultaneously

Strong candidates will also be comfortable evaluating creator performance data and making decisions on who to retain, develop or offboard based on results.

What You'll Get:

We are building a serious performance marketing team.

You will get:

Autonomy to build and manage the creator roster
Fast creative testing cycles with direct visibility on how your creators perform
Direct collaboration with the founder
Clear performance impact

Compensation includes a monthly retainer plus performance bonuses tied to winning creatives produced by creators you have sourced and managed

We are not looking for someone who simply coordinates talent.

We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of the creator pipeline and treats it like a business within a business.

If that sounds like you we would love to hear from you.
