JOB OVERVIEW

Interior Design Project Manager (Remote)

We are a growing interior design and drafting studio working on high-end residential projects in the U.S., and we are looking for a Project Manager / Coordinator to support our team.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with clients and consultants in English.

???? Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via calls, Zoo ---------- etings, and email
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers (CAD, rendering, design)
Review and organize AutoCAD drawings and revisions
Prepare finish schedules and design documentation
Track orders, materials, and selections
Request and follow up on vendor estimates and quotes
Prepare presentations and PDFs for client meetings
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflow
Ensure all information is organized and up to date

? Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (very important)
Strong experience with AutoCAD
Experience in interior design or architecture projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills

? Bonus Skills (preferred but not required)
SketchUp
Vectorworks
Experience with finish schedules and specifications
Experience working with U.S.-based projects or clients
