JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and creative person to create beautiful behind-the-scenes videos showing digital wedding invitation templates being put together on an iPad.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands aesthetics, and enjoys creating satisfying, premium-looking social media content.

The invitation templates are already designed and built.

You will be provided with the finished design and all of the elements required, including:

- Images
- Graphics
- Fonts
- Colours
- Text
- Decorative elements
- Final design reference

You do not need to research or create every design from scratch.

Your main job is to take the provided elements and recreate the finished invitation on your iPad while filming the process beautifully.

The videos may show things such as:

- Moving elements into position
- Adding typography
- Adjusting text
- Adding photos
- Changing or adjusting colours
- Resizing elements
- Adjusting spacing
- Using the Apple Pencil
- Building the design piece by piece
- Showing the completed invitation at the end

We want the process to feel natural, satisfying and beautiful to watch.

A good understanding of wedding invitations and design is a big advantage.

We would love someone who understands:

- Good colour combinations
- Typography and font pairing
- Layout and spacing
- Visual hierarchy
- Wedding aesthetics
- Modern invitation styles
- Luxury, editorial and minimal design
- What currently looks attractive on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest

Although the finished designs will already be provided, we want someone with a good eye who can notice when something could look better and help with small design decisions where needed.

If you are also capable of creating new invitation templates in the future, that is a big bonus and may lead to additional work.

FILMING SETUP

The filming setup is extremely important.

Before we move forward with your application, we want you to show us EXACTLY how you would set everything up if you got this job.

Please do not just send a random photo of your desk or equipment.

Actually prepare the full filming scene exactly as if you were about to record one of our videos.

We want to see:

- Exactly where the iPad would be positioned
- The exact camera angle you would use
- Where your hands would be
- How you would use the Apple Pencil
- Your desk or table
- Your full background
- The lighting
- Any props or decorative objects you would include
- How everything would be positioned inside the final video frame

Everything visible in the video should be well placed and intentional.

We are looking for:

- A clean and aesthetic background
- Beautiful lighting
- Good camera quality
- A professional camera angle
- A clean desk
- Well-positioned objects
- Good composition
- A premium overall look

We want to see exactly what the final videos would look like if you were hired.

HOW TO APPLY

When applying, please prepare the actual setup you would use for the job and send:

1. A photo showing the complete filming setup from the exact camera angle you would use.
2. A short video filmed from that exact setup so we can see the camera quality, lighting, background and overall aesthetic.
3. Show your iPad and Apple Pencil in the setup so we can see how the actual filming would look.
4. Tell us which iPad you use.
5. Tell us which phone or camera you use.
6. Send examples of your design work.
7. Send examples of any aesthetic videos or social media content you have created before.

We care a lot about attention to detail, taste and overall presentation.

You do not need to have a huge portfolio. If your setup looks beautiful and you clearly have a strong eye for design, we are interested.

TEST TASK

If we like your setup and application, you will move to the next stage.

Message me and I will send you the actual invitation elements and finished reference design for the test.

You will then recreate the supplied invitation on your iPad and film a short sample showing the process.

You will not need to invent a new design.

Everything required for the test will be provided.

We will mainly be looking at:

- Your filming setup
- Lighting
- Camera quality
- Background
- Composition
- Attention to detail
- How naturally you use the iPad and Apple Pencil
- Accuracy of the recreated design
- Overall aesthetic
- How satisfying and premium the final video feels

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone we can work with long term.

If you are talented, reliable and consistently produce beautiful work, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.

If you are also good at design, there may be additional opportunities to help create new invitation templates, improve existing designs and contribute your own creative ideas.

There is also an additional earning opportunity on top of the normal salary.

You will have the option to promote the product yourself through your own TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest or other social media accounts.

You can earn commission for every sale you personally generate.

The more sales you generate, the more you can earn.

This means someone who becomes very good at creating this type of wedding content can potentially earn significantly more on top of their normal pay.

The affiliate side is optional, but there is a big opportunity for someone who understands wedding content, social media and what customers like.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, improve their skills and potentially become an important part of the creative side of the company.


PAY & EARNING OPPORTUNITY

This role includes a guaranteed base payment of A$200 per month, plus the opportunity to earn significantly more through sales commissions.
The base payment covers the regular invitation content we provide for you to recreate and film.

On top of this, you can earn commission for every customer you personally bring to the business.

If you enjoy TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest or creating wedding content, you can also market the product yourself using your own content.

You will have your own tracking link/code so the sales you generate can be tracked.

The more sales you generate, the more you earn.

There is no fixed limit on the commission side.

We are especially interested in finding someone who sees this as more than just a small monthly job.

If you are good at creating beautiful wedding content, understand what brides like, and learn how to generate views and sales, there is an opportunity to build a much larger monthly income alongside the guaranteed base payment.

You will already have access to the designs, invitation content and product to create content around, so you do not need to build something from nothing.

If you are also talented at designing wedding invitations, there may be additional paid opportunities in the future to help create new templates and ideas.

We want someone who can grow with the business and benefit as the business grows.
