JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented GoHighLevel & Ads Support VA to assist with backend setup, funnel builds, landing pages, and ad execution.
This role is NOT for strategists or marketers.
This is an execution-based position for someone who follows instructions precisely, understands GoHighLevel, and can support Facebook/Instagram ad setup once direction is provided.
You will be working directly with the founder of a premium coaching and education brand supporting entrepreneurs and business owners.

What You Will Be Responsible For
GoHighLevel (Primary Responsibility)
* Build and edit landing pages inside GoHighLevel
* Create and update funnels
* Connect forms, calendars, and workflows
* Set up automations (email/SMS) as instructed
* Test links, pages, and automations
* Duplicate funnels and pages when needed
* Troubleshoot basic GHL issues
Ads Support (Execution Only — NOT Strategy)
* Upload ads into Meta Ads Manager
* Insert provided copy and creatives
* Set up campaigns using given instructions
* Connect ads to landing pages
* Verify tracking & links
* Turn ads on/off as instructed
* Duplicate ad sets when requested
You will NOT be responsible for:
* Writing ad copy
* Creating strategy
* Managing budgets
* Scaling campaigns
* Analytics or optimization
General Support
* Follow SOPs exactly
* Communicate clearly and consistently
* Provide updates when tasks are completed
* Ask questions if instructions are unclear

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Strong experience with GoHighLevel/Comfortable building funnels & landing pages/ Experience uploading Facebook/Instagram ads/Familiar with Meta Business Manager/Detail-oriented and organized/Can follow instructions without hand-holding/Comfortable using Canva (basic level)?? Reliable internet and availability

Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Experience working with coaches or digital products
* Familiar with automation logic
* Understanding of lead funnels
* Experience working with U.S.-based brands
