We need a Media Buyer to scale our paid advertising performance on Meta (FB/IG ads). We're not hiring freelance/agency.

Responsibilities
- Manage ad campaigns primarily on Meta Ads
- Plan A/B tests to improve CVR, AOV, CPA, ROAS and revenue
- Analyze ad performance to identify winners and under-performers
- Generate reports and communicate insights to founder
- Analyze Shopify sales data to identify bottlenecks and scaling opportunities
- Monitor competitors’ ads to identify opportunities in our niche

Requirements
- Mon–Fri (9am–5pm PH time)
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Metrics-driven, self-learner, fast executor and able to work independently

What We Offer
- Salary of 40,000–70,000php
- 35 hours work week (unlike PH standard 40 hours work week)
