# Facebook Ads Media Buyer (E-commerce | Long-Term)

We’re looking for an experienced **Facebook Ads Media Buyer** to join our growing direct-response e-commerce brand.

We need someone who is highly familiar with the day-to-day operations of Meta Ads Manager, understands different campaign structures, and knows how to efficiently manage, test, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**
- Daily monitoring and management of Facebook ad campaigns.
- Setting up and managing different campaign structures (ABO, CBO, ASC).
- Uploading and launching new video and image ads.
- Moving winning ads from testing to scaling campaigns while preserving Post IDs and engagement.
- Monitoring key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CPC.
- Testing different primary texts, headlines, and copy variations based on each creative.
- Identifying winning and underperforming ads and making data-driven optimizations.
- Keeping the ad account organized and providing regular performance updates.

**Requirements:**
- Experience managing Meta Ads for direct-response e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures.
- Experience with creative testing, scaling, and preserving Post IDs.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.

We already have our own creative production process and campaign structure in place. We're mainly looking for someone who can **handle the daily execution efficiently, manage campaigns properly, and help improve performance.**
