JOB OVERVIEW

MrYouWho is an established global tech-review network — 280K+ YouTube subscribers and 16 channels across YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram and more.

We need an EXPERIENCED YouTube video editor who can take clean, scripted teleprompter footage plus supplied B-roll and turn out a finished 10–15 minute product-review edit — fast. This is not an entry-level or training role, and it is not a 2-day editing job. The footage is clean and the structure is the same every time, so a skilled editor should finish each video in 5–6 hours or less. The process is already built; you watch the channel and match it.
We don't want short-form editors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Edit full YouTube review videos (10–15 mins) from raw footage using B-roll, overlays and music
Deliver finished edits within 24 hours of receiving footage (this is the key requirement)
Cut short-form vertical clips from the long videos when needed
Work to a documented process inside a single shared folder — no hand-holding

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

- Proven experience editing YouTube long-form videos with voiceover + B-roll (please show this)
- Confident in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Desktop
- Strong English comprehension (scripts, briefs and SOPs are in English)
- Reliable computer and stable internet for video editing
- Able to consistently finish each video in 5–6 hours or less, sub-24-hour turnaround

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

- US $7/hr (paid in PHP at the current exchange rate) for proven, experienced editors over time
- Everyone starts at entry rate and increases based on performance.
- Starts with a trial period, with the rate building toward the top end as you prove your speed and quality
- Increases are earned through consistent delivery — reliable, skilled editors grow into the full rate
- Contract role, up to 40 hrs/week — a real long-term role for editors who prove themselves
