Executive Assistant - Remote (Long Term)

Compensation: $300/Month
Hours: Part-time (35 hours/week)

About Us:
We operate an electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and wholesale electronics business in the United States. We are growing quickly and need an organized Executive Assistant who can keep projects, emails, spreadsheets, and follow-ups organized.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor executive email inboxes
• Flag urgent emails and summarize important communications
• Organize Google Drive and Google Sheets
• Maintain task lists and reminders
• Follow up with vendors, customers, and partners
• Create and maintain SOPs
• Manage calendars and appointments
• Assist with research and administrative projects

Requirements:
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Workspace ((Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Highly organized, proactive and consistent in following up
• Reliable internet connection + availability during agreed hours
