JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | High Output Role

We are a fast-growing music label and AI-driven music production company.
We are looking for a high-level AI Music Producer who specializes in AI-based music production, with a strong focus on SUNO and complementary AI tools.

This is not a casual role.
This position is for a producer who understands that AI is a professional production tool, not a toy — and knows how to turn AI-generated material into commercial, release-ready music.

Scope of Work & Production Volume

Production of up to 10 AI-based cover songs per day

Continuous workflow: ~31 working days per month

High-output, fast-paced environment

This is a full-time, around-the-clock production role

Suitable only for producers who are used to intensive daily production schedules

We are looking for someone who can handle volume + quality at the same time.

Nature of the Production

Most productions are AI-based, using:

SUNO as a core tool

Additional AI tools for enhancement, separation, and refinement

AI allows speed and scale —
but the final result must sound professional, commercial, and competitive.

Daily Responsibilities
AI-Based Music Creation:

Generating:

Instrumentals

Vocals

AI cover versions

Working efficiently with prompts, variations, and iterations

Deliverables per Track:

Full final audio (release-ready)

Separated stems

Isolated vocals

Properly structured project files

Video project files (for social media / basic visuals – advantage)

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

Proven, hands-on experience with AI music tools

Strong preference for SUNO

Deep understanding of:

Song structure

BPM & tempo

Genre adaptation

Commercial sound standards

Strong mixing & mastering skills, including:

Vocal balancing

EQ

Compression

Dynamic processing

Ability to turn raw AI output into a hit-ready production

Critical Understanding

The production is mostly AI-based, enabling speed and scale

However, the producer must know how to:

Improve AI results

Fix problems

Enhance arrangements

Add or replace elements manually when needed

AI shortens the process —
it does not replace professional production skills.

Additional Requirements

Ability to work precisely according to briefs

Consistent daily output and deadline discipline

Independent work ethic (no hand-holding)

Maintaining consistent sound quality across large volumes of releases

Strong organization and file management

Producers comfortable with high-volume production

Professionals who can work fast without sacrificing quality

Hobby producers

People experimenting with AI “for fun”

Anyone without real mixing/mastering experience
